We’re the Rouse family—Britt, Dan, and Billy. We had Billy in 2020 at the very start of Covid, and from the moment he was born he’s been a source of joy for so many people. We’re Philly through and through, and like every true Philly family, we were all born die-hard Birds fans.

At 22 months old, Billy was diagnosed as Autistic. From that moment on, our lives have centered around acceptance, inclusion, and accommodation. Billy was nonverbal until a little after his third birthday—when he finally found his voice, his very first words couldn’t have been more fitting: a proud, Philly-perfect “GO BIRDS.”

Billy’s love for the Eagles was always clear, but the day he met Kylie Kelce, everything changed. She slowed down, met him exactly where he was, and used his passion as a bridge to connect. In that moment, Billy felt truly seen. That connection turned his love of the Eagles into so much more—it became a way of learning, communicating, and exploring the world. That’s also what led us to the Eagles Autism Foundation.

We started with the All Abilities Clinics—cheer, football, STEM, and drumline—where Billy fell in love with the people, the environment, and the joy of being included. From there, we created Billy’s Bird Gang, our team for the Eagles Autism Challenge. In our very first season (2024/2025), we raised $14,000 for the Eagles Autism Foundation. For Year 2, we’ve set our sights even higher—our goal is to double it.

Since the Eagles Autism Challenge in May 2025, life has been a whirlwind of opportunities and moments we’ll never forget. Billy has stood face-to-face with Jalen Hurts, attended training camp, been gifted unforgettable on-field experiences, and reconnected with Kylie—capturing hearts across the internet along the way. And as I write this, we’re preparing for what feels like the most surreal opportunity yet: being at the Eagles vs. Cowboys season opener, standing on the field as the Super Bowl LIX banner drops.

The Eagles Autism Foundation is so much bigger than football—it funds groundbreaking research, builds sensory rooms, supports inclusive programming, and creates opportunities for families like ours. That’s why this collaboration with Inclusive Neuroverse means so much to us. A portion of proceeds from every shirt sold will go directly to our team, Billy’s Bird Gang, to help us reach our Year 2 fundraising goal.
